TFC series model
This series is an “Open Circuit” Active Split System, where the collector is separated from the storage cylinder, which provide flexibility to design the home with the collectors on the roof and the storage cylinder on the ground level or below the level of the collectors.
This series uses good quality of Boron Silicon all-glass evacuated tubes with selective coating Al-N/Al as collector and copper heat pipe or “U” Type pipe as heat exchanger. This system is fitted with a sensor at the collector outlet and another located on the storage cylinder. A temperature difference between the two sensors activates the circulating pump that moves the cold water from the cylinder to the collector. The solar energy is absorbed by the water and returned to the cylinder. The pump continues to circulate the water and the water in the storage cylinder is heated. On the top of the storage cylinder there is a steam valve and pressure relief valve on the cold water inlet to ensure safety use.
This is a pressure system, where the solar water heater is integer pressurized, and the system pressure of it is 0.6 MPa.
The storage cylinder of this series is made of stainless steel sheet (SUS304) by automatic argon arc welding, which is very durable and insulated by high density of CFC free polyurethane integer foam made in high pressure and constant temperature condition, which insulation performance is better.
F8-C Series of Intelligent Controller can be used for this system and electric booster is installed in the boosting tank, in order to supply hot water on raining or cloudy days.
