TF Series
This system of solar water heater relies on a natural principal-“Thermosiphon”. In these systems the storage cylinder is always located higher than the collectors. As the sun's rays hit the all-glass evacuated solar collector tubular, the temperature of the water in the collector rises making it less dense or lighter. This hot and lighter water naturally moves to the top of the collector and via the evacuated collector tube work to the storage cylinder. This makes the water colder and heavier and moves to the bottom of the collector. This continuous displacement occurs naturally. This often referred to “Passive” or “Thermosiphon” systems.
This system of solar water heater is an “Open Circuit” system, non-pressure. By the air vent valve on the top of the storage cylinder and the over flow pipe in the under part it maintains open to the air.
This series uses good quality of Boron Silicon all-glass evacuated tubes with selective coating Al-N/Al as collector, which the heat efficiency is very high; cylinder of stainless steel sheet (SUS304) by automatic argon arc welding and high-frequency ring welding, which is very durable; high density of CFC free polyurethane integer foam made in high pressure and constant temperature condition, which insulation performance is better than normal.
The outer casing and mounting frames are made of stainless steel and the reflector is made of ginning aluminum sheet or hanging type grating stainless steel sheet. TF Series use double horizontal manifold collectors, which the evacuated collector tubes are separated from the storage water tank.
F8-IV Series of Intelligent Controller can be chosen for this system to supply hot water in all year round by electric boosting.
